Dhanush starts shooting for his second directorial?

 

Since morning, internet is abuzz with the news that actor Dhanush has begun shooting for his second directorial venture and that an official pooja ceremony was conducted on the outskirts of Chennai, earlier today. While there hasn't been any official updates as such, Dhanush has not denied the news either. 

Up until a few months ago, news had it that Dhanush will be beginning his project with Sri Thenandal Films, which will have him don both the lead actor's and director's hat. It was also said that the film, which will have a period setting in the pre-independence era, will go on floors by August, 2018. 

It sure is a mighty exciting development, only waiting to be announced officialy soon.
