Title change for A.L. Vijay's Karu; Release date confirmed

'Karu', the upcoming venture of Lyca Productions has went on for a title change, the team has announced that the film has been titled as "Diya". Also, the production house has officially confirmed that Diya will be releasing on April 27, 2018, the date which the production house had locked earlier for Superstar Rajinikanth's Kaala.

The film which marks the Tamil debut of Premam star Sai Pallavi is directed by A.L. Vijay and is said to be a woman-centric film. The movie has Sam CS for music, Nirav Shah for cinematography and Antony for the edits.
