After Lyca Productions refuted rumours over the release date of Rajinikanth starrer Kaala getting pushed, the film is back in the news for the production house has declared to be 'in sync' with the Producers' Council aka the TFPC. Lyca Productions sent out a cryptic tweet today that makes one wonder if Kaala is indeed getting postponed as reported earlier. This also comes as a surprise given that until recently, the makers of the Rajinikanth starrer were supposedly trying to obtain an NOC from the TFPC and South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce, for Kaala to be sent to the censor board.
We are in sync with the Producers Council and in complete support of the demands. We will comply with the same till the system is rectified.#TFPC
