Since last evening, images of crew that works on Vetrimaaran directed Vada Chennai has been doing the rounds. While many assumed that it was due to the film being wrapped. sources reveal that Vada Chennai's shooting is still in progress and is expected to have a first look soon. Added to this leading lady Aishwarya Rajesh who had replaced two heroines in her place (Samantha and Amala Paul) has revealed in an interview that she plays a 'proper Kasimedu girl'. She has also stated that all the characters in the film have 'depth and life' in them.
Also starring Samuthirakani, Andreah and Ameer among others, Vada Chennai is produced by Wunderbar Films and will be released by Lyca Productions. The movie has Santhosh Narayan for music, Velraj for cinematography and G.B. Venkatesh for edits.
