Sundar C updates Sangamithra's latest status

The Kalakalappu2 team met the press in Chennai today morning. Jiiva, Catherine Tresa, Nikki Galrani along with director Sundar C addressed the gathering. Jai, Shiva, Sathish weren't present due to prior shooting commitments.

A teaser, 2 songs and a making video were screened. The Holi dance song was particularly mighty impressive for the way it has been shot with all the main actors, in Kasi. Composer Hiphop Tamizha has delivered 5 songs for the film and he expressed happiness at Meesaya Murukku being the most streamed Tamil album of 2017.

Sundar C said that he's planning to release the film in January (Jan 26) provided the censor formalities are completed on time. He also said that his dream film Sangamithra may go on the shoot floor in April - May, and that the film required a lot of pre-production with many complex processes. He added that the VFX work has already been commenced.
