Disha Patani the leading lady of Sangamitra, Confirms Mersal producer

A few days ago, in an exclusive with MovieCrow, Mersal producer Hema Rukmani had revealed that Sangamithra would begin shooting next month. Now, the announcement of Bollywood actress Disha Patani as the leading lady of the film has come as an additional assurance to the film being on track. 

Touted to be a historic film, the film features Jayam Ravi and Arya as the male leads and will be directed by Sundar. C. Sangamithra will be bankrolled by Sri Thenandal Films and has been planned to be made on a mega budget.
