Saamy 2 to begin shooting on this date

As reported earlier, Saamy 2, which is director Hari's sequel to his 2003 blockbuster Saamy is all set to begin shooting this month and sources confirm that the shooting will commence from September 24, 2017. The film will start shooting at Chennai after which it will be shot across Delhi, Noida, Agra, Jaipur, Nainital and Kathmandu, followed by Tirunelveli, Palani, Sivakasi and Kerala. The song shoots have been planned at Missouri and a few foreign locales. 

Saamy 2 will see Vikram and Trisha reprising their respective roles and also has Keerthy Suresh as the new addition. The film's supporting cast includes Prabhu, Delhi Ganesh, John Vijay, Soori and Imman Annachi. The film will have music by Harris Jayaraj, cinematography by Priyan and production by Shibu Thameens. Saamy 2 is expected to continue shooting till February, 2018 and will be released post Dhruva Natchathiram and Sketch, Vikram's other two films.
