Dhruva Natachathiram - This is the reason why cinematographer Jomon T John opted out
Gautham Menon's upcoming directorial Dhruva Natchathiram recently had a change in the cinematographer of the film. Jomon T John who was earlier announced as the cinematographer of the movie was replaced by reputed cinematograher Ravi K Chandran's son, Santhana Krishnan. While speculations were rife about the reasons of this sudden replacement, Jomon T John has himself come forward with the actual explanation. In a post shared by the cinematographer on his social media page, he wrote :
"Honoured to announce my new project, Golmaal, with Rohit Shetty,Ajay Devgan,Parineethi Chopra & Tabu. But good things come with a price and so this time I will not be able to work with Gautham Sir (#Druvanachathiram) and be part of the rest of the journey with him despite trying to adjust dates and accommodate both, as Golmaal was committed much before. But I feel blessed for getting the opportunity to work with such passionate directors. Thanks for your prayers and love.#Bollywood #golmaalagain #unlimitedFun (sic)"
While John has gone to Bollywood to wield the camera for Golmaal Again, Dhruva Natchathiram on the othe hand began shooting at Chennai recently. The movie has Vikram, Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead and is being produced by the director's home banner Ondraga Entertainment. The film is expected to hit theatre screens on August, 2017.
