Garjanai - Trisha begins shooting of her next film

Actress Trisha, who ended 2016 on a good note (thanks to the success of her film Kodi in which she got prove her acting chops) has begun 2017 on a good note too. The leading lady has begun shooting of her next film Garjanai (titled after 1981 Rajinikanth starrer of the same name) one of her line-up movies this year, apart from Mohini, Sathuranga Vettai 2, 96, Malayalam movie Hey Jude and the Tamil-Telugu bilingual 18:18. To be directed by Sundar B, Garjanai is the official remake of the Bollywood film NH-10 and Trisha will be seen reprising the role of Anushka Sharma from the original. This project is the leading lady's 58th film, where she co-starrs with Vamsi Krishna and Amit Bharghav.
