Court Verdict - Win for Thuppakki; Title Retained 

After 4 months of long-stretched battle for the "Thuppakki" title, the Chennai high court has finally issued its final verdict in favour to retain the title as "Thuppakki" for Vijay and AR Murugadoss's mega movie. This judgment is crucial in setting precedence for future Tamil movies. Fans are overjoyed that the movie doesn't have to go through title change and to build up the title value and recognition within the next month prior to release.

With all the obstacles cleared, Thuppakki team is in full swing gearing up for a spectacular audio launch on October 11. A.R. Murugadoss has tweeted, "Grand press meet on October 10 with Teaser trailer. Followed by athiradi music in stores from 11th October. Let the firing begin."
