Kaththi Sandai : Cameo Films announce reason behind delay

Following actor Vishal's statement earlier this month (on the delay of Kaththi Sandai), producers of the movie Cameo Films issued an official statement last evening. The statement which was with respect to the postponement of their movie's release owing to the current financial crisis (demonetisation) read as follows:

" We made Kaththi Sandai with the aim of entertaining Tamil Audience all over. But given the current situation, we find it unjust to release the film while thousands of people suffer in the money crisis. We have decided to postpone the film until people are back on their feet and functioning. Vishal fans and Tamil cinema audience all over, please support us in this decision of ours. We promise you that when we release, it'll be a complete treat to all kind of audience. Thank You! Team Kaththi Sandai. "

Directed by Suraj, Kaththi Sandai has Vishal and Tamannah as the lead actors and was initially slated for a release on November 18, 2016 but got postponed indefinitely.
