Kamal Haasan - Back to Work!!

His movies have always been plagued with obstacles like release bans, distributor strike, accusation of plagiarism, and the like. But this time it took a toll on his personal self and had him hospitalized. Kamal Haasan endured a tragic fall while on a break from shoot of his multilingual comedy Sabaash Naidu. After more than a month's treatment and rest, the actor has announced that work has been resumed with respect to the movie in mention.

Sabaash Naidu (titled Sabaash Kundu in Hindi) was initially slated to be directed by famous Mollywood moviemaker, T.K. Rajeev Kumar but was replaced the actor himself because of the former's health concerns. The movie created quite a buzz for two reasons. One because Kamal would be seen reprising the role of the quirky Balram Naidu he was seen playing inDasavathaaram. And two because the father-daughter duo of Kamal and Shruthi will share their much awaited screen space. The first schedule saw a part of the team filming in the US. 

Raaj Kamal Films International in association with Lyca Productions is producing the movie and the music is scored by Ilayaraaja. The movie was initially slated for a December release this year. However with the recent turn of events, it is safe to assume that the audience would have to wait a little more longer to see the actor on the big screen again.
