Settai's registers fantastic response to trailer

When Hindi's black comedy Hit movie, Delhi Belly, was decided to be remade in Tamil by UTV as "Settai" with Arya as the lead under Kannan's direction, a number of questions popped -- will our Tamil audience accept such bathroom humour? Will some of the explicit scenes get through the censor scissors? Will the movie's content be compromised to the extent that it will be just another comedy movie? 

Settai's trailer answers all these questions. Settai's teaser with scenes shots during the making of the movie was released a couple of days ago to overwhelming response. Some of the highlights include clean technical values, Delhi Belly soundtrack, Arya-Santhanam-Premji chemistry, and interesting casting choices. The final closing shot showing Premji's rear may have sealed any open cracks.

Settai's tremendous buzz is comparable to that of trailer release of UTV's big budget movie, Vikram's Thaandavam. Settai already crossed 430K Youtube views and created good internet buzz during the last few days. Thanks to solid word-of-mouth among youth who shared it on their social media pages minutes after the trailer was released.This medium budget quickie is turning out to be a bonanza for UTV and Settai team.
