Gethu starring Udhaynidhi Stalin and Amy Jackson in the lead roles is directed by Thirukumaran of Maan Karate fame. The shoot for the movie was wrapped up recently. The makers have planned to release the movie on December 18. In a recent interaction with fans in twitter, music director Harris Jayaraj has revealed that, the audio of the film will be released by the end of this month.

The movie also stars Sathyaraj, Vikranth and Karunakaran in an important roles.  The movie is produced by Udhaynidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies.
