Best Cinematographer of 2011

The much deserved best cinematographer award goes to Velraj who had a dream run this year. He showed his versatility in Aadukalam, Engeyum Eppodhum and also in Siruthai. Velraj got acclaim for the realistic portrayal of cock fight atmosphere in Aadukalam and bus accident portion in Engeyum Eppodhum. In Siruthai, he was able to change his style to fit the mood of the mass masala movie and the catered to the audience it was targeting. His upcoming movie is much anticipated "3".
