Kaththi is out of trouble 

Few weeks back, a case was filed against AR Murugadoss in Chennai city civil court by a petitioner Gopi Nainar. He claims that the Kaththi story belongs to him and he sought a permanent injunction, restraining the release of the film in any manner. However Chennai civil court has cleared the case and gave their final verdict that there is no evidence found against the respondent.

Kaththi starring Vijay and Samantha in the lead roles is directed by AR Murugadoss. The movie is set to hit the screens on Diwali. Anirudh has scored the music. The movie is produced by Lyca Productions.
