Madras No surprise on Karthi's Birthday

Karthi is celebrating his 37th birthday today. There were earlier reports that the first look of his next film Madras directed by Ranjith will be released today. Looks like there will be no surprise treat for Karthi fans today. SR Prabhu of Studio Green has confirmed that the first look will not be releasing today.

Karthi and Catherine Tresa play the lead roles. The film is set in the backdrop of North Chennai and Karthi plays a guy hailing from North Madras. Music by Santhosh Narayanan. Camera will be handled by G. Murali. The film is produced by Studio Green. The film shooting is wrapped and the post production work is currently in progress.
