One of actor Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming movies which awaits official announcement is a sci-film film written and directed by Venkat Prabhu. Sivakarthikeyan had made a cameo appearance in Venkat Prabhhu's last outing, The Greatest of All Time (2024), and in August this year, Venkat Prabhu confirmed a full length feature film with Sivakarthikeyan stating, 

“This is a completely new character that Sivakarthikeyan has never done before. The story has been developed very well, It will be a little different, not following the usual path. At the same time, it will be a film that everyone can enjoy"

 

Currently, Sivakarthikeyan is gearing up for the release of Parasakthi on January 14, 2026 marking the Pongal holidays. Sivakarthikeyan's movie with Venkat Prabhu is set to begin filming after Pongal. Pre-production for this yet to be titled film is already underway, and Sathya Jyothi Films has reportedly made a deal of reduced remuneration of Rs. 40 Cr. for Sivakarthikeyan, on this movie. 

Anirudh Ravichander is expected to compose music for Sivakarthikeyan - Venkat Prabhu film.
