GV Prakash's Pencil starts rolling

Music composer GV Prakash is set to foray as hero with 'Pencil'. Sri Divya of VPVS fame plays the female lead. The film will be directed by Mani Nagaraj, a former associate of Gautham Menon. GV Prakash plays a 12th standard student. Pencil is said to be a romantic thriller set in a high school. GV Prakash is scoring the music of the film as well.

The film goes on floors today. GV Prakash has tweeted, "First day of Veyil recording it rained, first day Madha Yaanai Kootam shoot rained and again now it's Pencil day and again it rains. Blessed"
