Guardian starring Hansika in the lead is an upcoming horror thriller, which has story, screenplay and dialogues by Gurusaravanan, and is directed by Sabari and Gurusaravanan. Guardian is the second heroine centric film from the Tamil film industry to set International Women's day i.e. March 8, 2024 as its release date [Urvashi lead J Baby that also stars Dinesh, Maran, is the other movie releasing on the same day].

Also starring Suresh Menon, Sriman, Mottai Rajendran, Pradeep Rayan, Tiger Garden Thangadurai among others, Guardian is the debut production venture of director Vijay Chandar (Film Works), known for making movies like Vaalu (Silambarasan TR), Sketch (Chiyaan Vikram) and Sangathamizhan (VIjay Sethupathi).
