Captain Miller starring Dhanush in the lead is a period actioner that is gearing up for a Telugu release on January 26, 2024 i.e. Republic day. Sathya Jyothi Films, the production banner behind Captain Miller movie has announced that the Telugu version will have an updated runtime of 2 hours and 29 minutes i.e. 149 minutes. 

Set in the 1930s colonial India, Captain Miller follows the story of a former British-India soldier trying to save his village from the British Army. The movie has story, screenplay, direction by Arun Matheswaran and Telugu dialogues and lyrics by Rakendu Mouli.

Asian Cinemas and Suresh Productions are releasing Captain Miller in Telugu. The film also stars Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, Priyanka Mohan, Aditi Balan among others, and has GV Prakash for music, Siddhartha Nuni for cinematography, Nagooran for edits and Dhilip Subbarayan for stunts.
