Soodhu Kavvum 2: Naadum Naatu Makkalum, is the direct sequel to the 2013 hit black crime comedy Soodhu Kavvum. Producer CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment has grouped a completely different team for Soodhu Kavvum 2 after almost a decade, and the movie stars actor 'Mirchi' Shiva in the lead.

Off late, the cast of Soodhu Kavvum has been getting individual poster releases, and they look interesting to say the least. The film also stars (in order of character posters) Ramesh Thilak, Yog Japee, Karate Karthi, Aruldoss, M.S. Bhaskar, Vagai Chandrashekar, Radha Ravi, Kalki, Harisha among others.

Soodhu Kavvum 2 has story by  SJ Arjun, T Yogaraja and is written, directed by SJ Arjun. The film's technical crew includes Edwin Louis Viswanath for music, Karthik K Thillai for cinematography and Ignatious Aswin for edits.
