Acclaimed Hollywood director Christopher Nolan who has films like Inception(2010), Batman-Dark Knight trilogy (2005-2012), Dunkirk (2017), Tenet (2020) among other movies to his credit, is all set for a new release titled Oppenheimer. The film releases in India on July 21, 2023, and Universal Pictures has now dropped a new video from the movie. The close to 5 minute cut gives viewers the opening look of Oppenheimer, which is a biographical thriller based on famed American physicist Robert J Oppenheimer.

Cillian Murphy of Peaky Blinders fame plays the titular role in Oppenheimer, supported by Emily Blunt as Kitty Oppenheimer, Matt Damon as Leslie Groves, Robert Downey Jr as Lewiss Strauss, Florence Pugh, Rami Malik, Kenneth Branagh, Casey Affleck, Josh Peck, Jack Quaid among others. 

Oppenheimer is a production venture of Nolan's Syncopy Inc and Atlas Entertainment. The movie is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and the late Martin J. Sherwin.
