The highly anticipated title of Suriya 42 has been revealed by the CBFC as Kanguva. The movie starring Suriya, Disha Patani in the lead is written and directed by Siva and produced by UV Creations, Studio Green. The title was to be officially revealed tomorrow at 9:05 AM but an early revelation prompted us to look into the possible meanings. 

A quick google search tells us that Kanguva or Kenguva is a popular Marathi/Telugu state surname. Kenguva is also the name of a village in the Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh. 

Kanguva's title teaser runtime has also been revealed to be 1 minute and 16 seconds. The movie's release date along with the video will be unveiled officially on April 16, 2023 [Sunday].
