Actress Priyanka Chopra plays a small yet pivotal role in the upcoming Matrix movie i.e. The Matrix Resurrections. While her character has been speculated to be that of the grown-up Sati, a new character poster featuring Priyanka has been unveiled.

Sati first appeared in the second instalment in the Matrix franchise and later she is seen under the care of The Oracle, who predicts that the kid would have a big impact on the future humans and machines. She first meets Neo (Keanu Reeves) at the Mobile Avenue, a virtual world separate from the Matrix and many believe she might now as well be the new Oracle. 

Matrix 4 also stars Carrie-Ann Moss (Trinity), Jada Pinkett Smith (Niobe), Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Morpheus) among others and is directed by Lana Wachowski. The film hits theater screens in India on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
