Actor Vijay was expected to finalize a story and director for Thalapathy 65 (tentative title), his upcoming movie after the yet unreleased Master. While Kolamaavu Kokila fame Nelson Dhilipkumar was one of the names in contention, it is now being reported that SJ Suryah has also thrown his hat in the ring.

It is being said that the director who once gave Vijay a blockbuster titled Khushi met the actor in person and narrated his script; However it is unclear if things were taken forward.

Thalapathy 65 is a production venture of Sun Pictures with Thaman for music. An official announcement on the project has been eagerly awaited by fans for many days now.
