Actor Vikram's long-awaited spy thriller Dhruvanatchathiram was last updated to be releasing early this year but director Gautham Menon later said that there were still few days of shooting pending. However, latest update on the movie is that it is currently in the last stage of post-production and that actor Vikram will soon be dubbing for the movie. 

In a recent interview, Gautham Menon has also mentioned that Dhruvanatchathiram being a big movie will hit theater screens first and it is expected to happen before 2020 ends, in the event of COVID-19 not being the normal. Dhruva Natchathiram comes with an ensemble cast of Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Simran, Radhika Sarathkumar and R. Parthiepan among others, with music by Harris Jayaraj.

The film is a joint production venture of Ondraga Entertainment, Kondaduvom Entertainment and Vels Film International.
