While Ajith has Valimai and director Siva has Annaatthe for 2020, it looks like 2021 might be the year the actor-director duo will come together again for a new project. If one may recall, Siva had opted out of a Suriya film to be produced by Studio Green to direct Rajinikanth (The superstar is personally said to have called Suriya for this favour) and now that director Hari has been roped in with that team for Aruvaa, it is most likely that Siva will direct another hero. 

Ajith has earlier collaborated with Siva on movies such as Veeram (2014), Vedalam (2015), Vivegam (2017), and Viswasam (2019) and it is to be seen what kind of content the proven combo will come up with if they are indeed teaming up again.
