Vishal, Prasanna starrer 'Thupparivalan 2' directed by Mysskin which was progressing at a brisk pace hit a major road-block when Mysskin walked out of the project mid-way. The 'Pyscho' director had laid down 15 conditions to Vishal who is bankrolling the film under his home banner Vishal Film Factory in order to take up the directorial responsibility again. 

Vishal who has been upset by Mysskin's demand and budget overrun has finally decided to to direct Thupparivalan 2 himself. The letter with the conditions laid down by Mysskin is now doing the rounds on social media. 

Mysskin's demands include salary of Rs. 5 cr excluding gst, film's remake rights, budget, IPR rights for title and character, salaries to assistant directors, office rent and accommodation among others. The letter also states that disagreement with any of the points from the producer will render the director to force his services to Vishal Film Factory with respect to Thupparivaalan 2.
