Aranmanai series is a successful horror comedy franchise directed by Sundar C. The director after delivering hits with the first two installments, Aranmanai (2014) and Aranmanai 2 (2016) is all geared up for the thrid installment of the film 'Aranmanai 3'. Sundar C has started shooting for 'Aranmanai 3' in a palace in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Arya will be playing the male lead and has reportedly joined the team for the shoot. The film will have 3 leading ladies namely Raashi Khanna, Andrea Jeremiah and Sakshi Agarwal like the other two installments. Yogi Babu, Vivek and Manobala will provide the comic relief. Sathya will score the music. 

Arya is currently awaiting the release of Teddy directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan. He will be next teaming up with Pa. Ranjith for a film in which he will play a boxer and has underwent rigorous training for his role.
