The much-awaited teaser of Suriya's 'Soorarai Pottru' was unveiled by Suriya on his social media page on Tuesday. The trailer has received excellent response from critics and audience alike. The movie is touted to be an inspirational true story of the Air Deccan airlines founder GR Gopinath, and is directed by Sudha Kongara. The film has clocked more than 5 million views in less than 24 hours and is currently trending at No.1 position on Youtube.

Soorarai Pottru jointly produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and Sikhya Entertainment, boasts a stellar cast including Aparna Balamurali, Jackie Shroff, Urvashi, Vivek prasanna, Karunas, Mohan Babu and Paresh Rawal in prominent roles. GV Prakash has scored the music. The film is expected to hit the screens in Summer 2020.
