Dhanush starrer Asuran directed by Vetrimaaran has been receiving laurels from all quarters. The film which has won critical acclaim has turned out to be a commercial success at the Box Office as well. Both director Vetrimaaran and Dhanush have been showered with praises from celebrities to filmmakers.

Asuran bankrolled by S. Thanu hit the screens on October 4 and is running successfully in theatres in its third week. The film has been declared a blockbuster by the trade.
