The trailer of Siddharth's upcoming film Aruvam was launched on Tuesday, unveiling his new on-screen avatar of a socially responsible food safety officer. Catherine Tresa plays an anosmic from birth and the movie was described as a "complete commercial film with a horror angle" at the press-meet yesterday. 

Aruvam is set to hit theater screens on October 11, 2019 and is is written and directed by Sai Sekhar. Produced by Trident Arts, the film has S.S. Thaman for music and also stars comedian Sathish, Kaali Venkat and Madhusudhan Rao among others.
