On the occasion of director Pandiraj's birthday, composer Imman updated via his social media page that he has kick-started the song making process for SK 16, the director's upcoming film with Sivakarthikeyan.

As with most Imman musicals that star Sivakarthikeyan, SK 16 too is touted to be a romantic rural comedy and has Anu Emmanuel and Aishwarya Rajesh playing female leads.
