Detective Pikachu Trailer feat. a funny sounding Pokemon!

The official trailer of Detective Pikachu, the first live action movie Pokemon movie was released recently and to those who have grown up watching / adoring Pikachu, it might be a bit strange to picturise Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds' voice with it.

Nevertheless, detective Pikachu makes for a very funny Pokemon in the trailer (much like the 'merc' Reynolds) and he is shown partnering with a youngster named Tim (Justice Smith), whose father has gone missing. 

Detective Pikachu has been adapted from a game of the same name and is hitting theatre screens on May 11, 2019. The film is a production venture of Warner Bros, Pictures.
