Internet is fast disliking Priya Warrier's Freak Penne song! Here's why!

 

18 year old actress Priya Prakash Varrier who became an Internet sensation through her 'winks' in the song Maanikya Malaraiya Poovi (so much so that the video of the song was dubbed 'wink video'), is the topic of the internet again. Following the first song which gained Priya overnight popularity (and also landed her in  unrequited trouble), the makers of her yet unreleased movie Oru Adaar Love released a second song titled Freak Penne.
 
The video of this song features Varrier along with her co-stars Roshan Abdul Rahoof and actress Noorin Shereef and is mainly picturised on the latter two though it is dedicated to Varrier's character in the movie. Assuming Varrier's popularity, one would have expected the video to break records and it has, only this time it is for garnering the maximum number of dislikes in a short period of time.
 
Ever since the song was unveiled on YouTube, Freak Penne has garnered 25K plus dislikes whereas the number of likes stand as low as 35+K. Twitter indicates that this sudden outburst of negativity is aimed towards Varrier and their reasons come as bizarre as possible.
