Is Dhanush teaming up with producer Thanu, director Ramkumar?

 

If one may recall, there was strong buzz a while ago about Dhanush and producer Kalaipuli S. Thanu collaborating for a remake film, which however was denied later by sources close to them. These rumors re-surfaced again last month, suggesting that a fresh script is under consideration. However, till date neither Dhanush nor Thanu has made any official announcements as such. 

Now, the duo is back in the news, only this time the buzz suggesting that Thanu and Dhanush have a 3-film deal and that the producer will be roping in three well-known names for directing these films. One of these names is also speculated to be Mundasupatti director Ramkumar, whose script was apparently found 'impressive' by Dhanush. 

Here's hoping that the trio make their official announcements soon on this project.
