Popular Tamil music composer Santhosh Narayanan turned 35 today and as an ode to his special day, we decided to take a look at his journey so far. Santhosh or he is fondly referred by his fans Sa Na made his entry into Tamil films as late as 2012 and his films that year Attakathi and Pizza were notably famous if not instant hits. It was in 2013 that he propelled to fame when people found his scores for Soodhu Kavvum serving as more than just a backbone for the movie. The complete album was a chart-buster and a theme music track titled Sudden Delight Theme ended up being the most downloaded music that year.
  
People started following his music post this and his fan-base today would tell you that his music is usually steeped deep in lyrical emotion, or as the music world would say, belongs to the blues music category. However, since Sa Na has only a little more than 20 films to his credit his signature style is a little difficult to box, for he is also known for his 'gaana' (a Tamil folk type) songs and melodies as well. In a shot span of 8 years, Santhosh has managed to work with the likes of Rajinikanth and Vijay, two of the industries' star league actors. He has also composed music for other top actors like Dhanush (Kodi), Karthi(Kaashmora), Vijay Sethupathi, Siddharth among others.
