Actor Suriya's upcoming film Suriya 36 (tentative title) with director Selvarghavan which is all set to hit big for Diwali this year has wrapped its shooting at Chennai. The movie will begin its next schedule around mid of February, 2018 at Tanjavur. According to industry sources, this S.R. Prabhu's production venture is also looking at roping in famous Telugu villain Jagapathi Babu to play a role in it. Interestingly, the actor was earlier booked by Selvaraghavan now-dropped Kaan, the project of which Suriya 36 was earlier speculated to be a revival. (Selvaraghavan later denied this report).
 
Suriya 36 is bankrolled by Dream Warrior Pictures and has Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh playing female leads. The technical crew of the film includes  Yuvan Shakar Raja for music, Sukumar Vijayan for cinematography, Vijay Murugan for production design and Prasanna G.K. for the edits.
