Saamy 2 finalises new cinematographer, film to resume shooting

 

After the unfortunate demise of cinematographer Priyan, the shooting of Vikram starrer Saamy Square had remained un-resumed. While several names like R.D. Rajasekhar were being speculated to be considered as a replacement for this sequel project, we have learnt exclusively that cinematographer Venkatesh has been finalised for this Hari directorial and that the film will resume shooting in the coming week.
 
Saamy Square currently starrs Sadha, Keerthy Suresh, Prabhu, Soori and Bobby Simha with Devi Sri Prasad for music, V.T. Vijayan for edits, Kanal Kannan for stunts and Milan for the art. This Shibu Thameens production venture is expected to hit theatre screens in 2018.
