Raghava Lawrence to remake Rajinikanth's Mannan

A while ago we had reported about choreographer turned actor Raghava Lawrence personally meeting Rajinikanth and seeking his blessings for the remake 80's blockbuster Moondru Mugam. Now new reports reveal that Lawrenence will be remaking another blockbuster of Rajinikanth's. The film is question is the superstar's most popular film of the 90's, Mannan. P. Vasu who had originally directed the movie will be donning the director's hat once again for the remake. The role of veteran comedian goundamani will be reprised by comic actor Vadivelu who has taken up to signing projects marking his comeback. Also Kovai Sarala who happens to be a constant in Lawrence's movies, will be seen re-enacting the role of the late Manorama.
