Vijay 61: Script locked for the Vijay-Atlee combo

Director Atlee who had been mysteriously mum on his collaboration with actor Vijay, has finally confirmed the same yesterday. Apparently the director was waiting for the script to be finalised before speaking on his project. Sri Thenandal Films (producers of the project) who were the first ones to announce this collaboration months ago, recently confirmed the finalisation of the script, which according to sources, has been penned by reputed script writer K.V. Vijendra Prasad (of Baahubali, Naan E, Bajrangi Bhaijaan fame). For director Atlee, this project will be second consecutive collaboration with Vijay as he had directed the actor in this year's earlier release Theri. An official announcement on the rest of the cast and crew is awaited from the team.
