What is the significance of Suriya releasing the Mugamoodi trailer?

Mysskin wrote Mugamoodi's story in 2005 and was planning to start this movie with Vishal in the lead for a 30 Crore project. Mysskin revealed in an interview few years ago that Vishal felt that Mysskin's salary was too high and for obvious reasons, the project never took-off. Later, Mysskin publicly announced that Suriya will start shooting for Mugamoodi from May 2009. For various reasons, the project never took off and Suriya moved on to Aadhavan. After 3 years later, this title role is now played by Jiiva. Suriya's gesture to launch the trailer has proved that his relationship with Mysskin is still warm.
