Previously we has reported that Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming film DON will be resuming shooting this month and now that date has been confirmed to be July 17, 2021. The team will resume filming at Chennai and the movie will further be shot around Coimbatore and Pollachi.

Directed by Cibi Chakravarthi, DON is set in a college backdrop with Sivakarthikeyan playing a student and also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, SJ Suryah among others. The film has Anirudh for music and is produced by SK Productions and Lyca Productions.
