Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has officially clarified his upcoming lineup, confirming that Kaithi 2 will be his next immediate project after completing his film with Allu Arjun.

Explaining the delay, Lokesh revealed that the dates initially allocated by Karthi for Kaithi 2 were utilized by another director. Due to this scheduling gap, he moved ahead with AA23xLK7, a project he had committed to Mythri Movie Makers nearly six years ago.

The filmmaker also shared that he met the Kaithi 2 team last week and cleared all discussions regarding timelines. With this confirmation, fans can now look forward to Kaithi 2 officially locking in as Lokesh Kanagaraj’s next major venture following his collaboration with Allu Arjun.
