The makers of Con City, starring Arjun Das and Anna Ben, unveiled the title teaser of the upcoming entertainer on Friday. Directed by debutant Harish Durairaj, the film revolves around a bizarre situation where a receipt printer begins printing Rs.500 currency notes after a lightning strike triggers a glitch.

The teaser shows Arjun Das discovering the mysterious machine that becomes an endless source of money, dramatically changing the life of his struggling family that includes Anna Ben, Yogi Babu and Vadivukkarasi. However, the situation takes a chaotic turn when news about the device begins to spread among the public.

The film also features child artiste Akilan in a key role. According to the makers, Con City blends humour and emotion while exploring the struggles of a middle-class family navigating sudden wealth.

The technical crew includes Sean Roldan as composer, Aravind Viswanathan as cinematographer, Arulmoses A as editor and Raj Kamal as art director. The film is produced by Power House Pictures in association with M&M Movie Makers and Klout Studios, and will release in Tamil and Telugu. A release date is yet to be announced.
