Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s upcoming directorial has been officially titled Texla, with the makers unveiling the title through a teaser released on Friday. The film, produced by KRG Studios, will feature music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Set against a rural backdrop from decades ago, Texla is expected to revolve around the world of children. The project marks Aishwarya’s first collaboration with the production banner and her second association with Yuvan Shankar Raja after Vai Raja Vai.

Aishwarya made her directorial debut with the psychological drama 3, starring Dhanush and Shruti Haasan. She later directed Vai Raja Vai and Lal Salaam.

Following the recent success of Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil, starring Jiiva, KRG Studios is planning to release Texla in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
