Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar named the Tamil film '3BHK', starring Siddharth, Sarathkumar, Devayani, Meetha Raghunath and Chaithra J Achar, as one of the movies he recently enjoyed. During a Reddit 'Ask Me Anything' session, Tendulkar was asked if he would watch movies often.
Sachin was also asked about his favourite films. The Master Blaster replied to the fan and wrote, "Watch them as and when I get time. The recent ones I have enjoyed are '3BHK' and 'Ata Thambaycha Naay' (sic)."
3BHK writer-director Sri Ganesh, producer Arun Viswa from the production banner Shanthi Talkies, actress Chaithra J Achar, among others from the film's team have now reacted to Sachin Tendulkar's mention of their movie.

A coming-of-age family drama, 3BHK based on a short story 3BHK Veedu by Aravindh Sachidanandam starts from the booming mid-2000s Chennai, where a middle-class family struggles against rising rents, job pressures, and societal expectations in their relentless pursuit of owning a home—only to discover that dreams demand sacrifice, resilience, and the courage to redefine success across generations.
3BHK released in theaters on July 4, 2025, and has been available to stream on Amazon Prime Video, and Simply South OTT platforms in Tamil, Telugu languages, and English subtitles since August 1, 2025.
