Suriya 45 (tentative title) is actor Suriya's next movie written and directed by actor/director RJ Balaji. Actress Trisha who has worked with Suriya in movies like Mounam Pesiyadhe (2002), Aayutha Ezhuthu (2004), Aaru (2005), and Manmadhan Anbu (2010), is reuniting with the actor on Suriya 45.

Suriya 45 will go on floors this November end in Coimbatore, and Trisha will seemingly be joining the crew in the first schedule of shooting. Notably, Suriya 45 has been buzzed to be a divine fantasy titled Karuppu, originally written for Trisha under the title Maasani Amman. 

A production venture of Dream Warrior Pictures, Suriya 45 has AR Rahman for music.
