Grammy winning music composer AR Rahman is reuniting with the multi-faceted Prabhu Deva after 25 years on a movie tentatively titled ARRPD6. On Thursday, shooting of ARRPD6 was announced to have begun, and two new posters featuring the faces of the film were unveiled.  

ARRPD6 is directed by Manoj NS, founder and CEO of popular Tamil movie forum Behindwoods. The movie is Behindwood’s first feature film production, and is touted to be a dance musical.

“The director’s unique vision is to make the theaters the happiest place for two hours, by celebrating music, dance, comedy and visuals. There will be no blood, gore or violence in any form in the movie”, the film's team had said, when the movie was first announced on March 22, 2024.
